RETURN POLICY

Standard Returns:

  • You may return unopened, unused, and in original condition within 30 days of delivery.
  • Headgear items (helmets, masks, bump caps, hoods) cannot be returned if opened or worn due to hygiene reasons.
  • Opened items (any item removed from its sealed packaging) are non-returnable.


Exception – Hygiene & COVID Policy:
For safety & hygiene, any PPE worn on the head (helmets, respirators, hoods, head socks, etc) are ineligible for return if the inner packaging has been opened.

How to Return:

  1. Email info@escablast.com within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
  2. Ship item back freight prepaid, securely packaged with the RA# clearly marked.
  3. Return item must be unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Refunds & Credits:

  • Once received and inspected, refunds (minus shipping) will be issued to the original payment method within 7‑10 business days.
  • Items returned without prior authorization may be refused, returned to sender, or subject to a restocking fee of 10% — consistent with standard return practices in our industry

Defective or Damaged Goods:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us at info@escablast.com within 7 days of delivery with photos.
  • After verification, we’ll offer a replacement, credit, or full refund, and cover return shipping.

Warranty Claims:

  • Manufacturer defects may qualify under their warranty. Contact us for warranty claims; we’ll assist with filing and replacements.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If your refund is delayed beyond 10 business days, please reach out to info@escablast.com for assistance.
