The ECO-400 is the largest ECO-Flex wet/dry combo blaster we offer. Built for demanding commercial and industrial projects, it combines a 4.0-cubic-foot blast pot with the flexibility to switch between wet and dry abrasive blasting using one rugged, easy-to-operate system.

With a media capacity of 200 to 250 pounds and up to two hours of run time, the ECO-400 keeps operators blasting longer between refills. It’s the ideal step up for contractors and industrial facilities that have outgrown smaller portable systems but still want the versatility and efficiency of ECO-Flex technology.

INDUSTRIAL CAPACITY WITHOUT CONSTANT REFILLS

The ECO-400 holds up to 250 pounds of abrasive media, allowing operators to work for approximately 90 to 120 minutes before stopping to refill. That additional capacity can make a substantial difference on structural steel, heavy equipment, coating removal and other large surface-preparation projects.

Fewer refill stops mean more time blasting and less time waiting for the system to be reloaded.

WET OR DRY BLASTING— ONE SYSTEM DOES BOTH

Some projects call for wet abrasive blasting to reduce airborne dust. Others require traditional dry blasting for maximum flexibility or easier collection of spent media.

The ECO-400 gives you both options in one machine. Operators can adjust the system for wet or dry operation without changing blast pots or bringing a second machine to the job.
