Aluminum Oxide Blasting Media

TWO TYPES OF ALUMINUM OXIDE BLASTING MEDIA AVAILABLE!

Aluminum Oxide (ALOX) is a tough, long-lasting, hard blasting media that can be used for many different applications like grinding, sandblasting and metal preparation. It is processed using only certified crude and conforms to industry specifications for size, bulk density and magnetic content.

We offer two distinct variants of Aluminum Oxide: high quality virgin brown fused aluminum oxide (VFBA) and remanufactured, reclaimed aluminum oxide (cleaned by GMA according to their strict industry standards).

Aluminum oxide blasting media is a very hard wear-resistant material, registering 9 on the MOHS hardness scale and can be re-used up to 15 times.

We offer many different sizes including: 36 grit, 80 grit and 180 grit.
